Welcome to Waste Reduction Week in Canada - and on the Knowledge Centre!

(Thea Silver) #1

Waste Reduction Week in Canada is a year-round program, focused solely on the principles of circular economy, resource efficiency, and waste reduction. The program’s primary purpose is to celebrate our environmental efforts and achievements while encouraging new innovative ideas and solutions. The celebratory, positive nature of the campaign aims to motivate learning and behaviour change.

OTF is pleased to participate in Waste Reduction Week this year by raising awareness about key waste issues and learning from leaders who are making a difference with their passion and work. Visit the Knowledge Centre often between October 15th and 22nd as we hear from four leading experts in the field. Join the discussion. Share your insights. Ask questions! Keep the conversation going - this week and beyond!
