Here’s an interesting research paper that was released last summer by the Frontier Centre for Public Policy in Winnipeg. The paper showcases the stories of 6 successful Indigenous entrepreneurs. Increasingly, Indigenous entrepreneurship is growing in Canada, especially among women. The research paper details how these 6 entrepreneurs have become successful business leaders and tells their stories of overcoming legal, political and community-level obstacles.

Do you have a story to share about being an entrepreneur in your community? We’d love to hear it.
