A picture, they say is worth a thousand words. However, in today’s image saturated world, the words we use to describe ourselves and the things we hold dear paint very powerful pictures. These pictures become a barrier or tool in building a more inclusive society. This is why this ambitious project of the Institute for Canadian Citizenship, will indeed provoke and inspire. This 6 Degrees Dictionary is starting with 12 words, the meanings of which are continually debated and misunderstood.
